everything was simply great. loved my real good stay in total 23 nights. the location was favourable and unbeatable because it was just off the train station in duesseldorf, national transport links and the restaurant. oberbilk district was worth visiting. the staff were really friendly and excellent and had a sense of humour.

The location is peaceful, just a short walk from the main station. Felt very cozy with an inviting lounge area and tasty breakfast options.

Breakfast was a gourmet feast with a wide variety and super delicious drinks! Haifa at reception gave us fab tips on what to do on a Sunday.

Hallway carpeting looks shabby and could use a thorough cleaning!!! Misleading room descriptions left me with two single beds instead of a requested double!!! Parking availability often inconvenient, causing frustration!!!

I encountered significant communication barriers due to the staff's poor English, made basic interactions quite frustrating. The check-in process was also excessively slow, turning what should have been a smooth arrival into a time-consuming ordeal. Lastly, the breakfast offerings, while decent, did not seem to reflect the high price point of almost 400€ a night.

I had a nice stay where the pillows were super soft and the room design was cozy. the actual room setup differed from the photos by having two single beds pushed together instead of a queen. I’m not sure I’d choose this place again.

The room was generally clean and offered a modern design, though I did find some cleanliness issues like hair on the bathroom tiles, which could definitely be improved. It was a pleasant experience.

The room offered an unexpectedly spacious layout and featured a beautiful Japan-inspired bathroom design. Breakfast proved to be a highlight with an excellent selection, perfect for fueling up before exploring. The distance from the underground station required some planning, and public area cleanliness could be improved. Some morning noise from outside disrupted sleep at times.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable amenities, we enjoyed the breakfast selection that provided enough options to fuel our day of exploration, and it was conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk to the central transportation hub.

For us it was ideal.
